Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Summary: Miharu has no server, no account, and no tracking. Your shelf lives in your own browser's storage. The only network requests the extension makes are to the comic sites you chose to follow, to read their public chapter lists.

What Miharu stores

This data is stored with Chrome's extension storage (chrome.storage.sync and chrome.storage.local). If you have Chrome sync enabled, Chrome itself synchronizes it across your signed-in devices — the same mechanism Chrome uses for your bookmarks. Miharu has no access to your Google account and never sees your credentials.

What Miharu sends over the network

What Miharu reads on pages

On supported comic sites only, the extension reads the page address and the page's own chapter links to know which comic and chapter you're viewing. It does not read, collect, or transmit anything else, and it does not run on any other website.

Permissions

Data removal

Removing a comic from the shelf deletes its data. Uninstalling the extension removes all local data; synced data is removed by Chrome when the extension is uninstalled from your synced profile.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the date above will be updated. Since Miharu has no server, no change can retroactively affect data — there is nothing collected to change hands.
